Privacy at Heuvelman

Heuvelman prefers to collect as little information as possible from you as a website visitor. Yet, sometimes this is needed to help you. For instance, we collect information when you fill out a ‘call me back’ form of request a quotation. Heuvelman handles this information carefully and makes sure your privacy is guaranteed in accordance to General Data Protection Regulation.

Our three privacy agreements are:

  1. Your personal data will never be shared with third parties without a well-founded reason;
  2. Your personal data will be protected, as if it was our own data;
  3. Your personal data will only be used for the reasons stated below.

Which personal data does Heuvelman collect?

 Name, company name, address and business location

Your name will be saved because we would like to speak to you personally. The address and location of your organization is needed by Heuvelman for drawing up quotations, invoices and for visiting your location.

 Mail address

We will keep your business mail address, so we can mail you the desired invoice or inform you about the status of your order. When you have signed yourself in for the newsletter, we will use your mail address to keep you up-to-date about new developments at Heuvelman and in the audiovisual industry. You can always choose to opt out.

 Phone number

Your phone number will be kept to make appointments with you via the phone and to be able to inform you about the order.

Your privacy and third parties

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. When we share data with third parties, agreements will be made about how we will secure your data, so it won’t be used for different purposes. Data will be shared for:

  • Improving our services;
  • Registering your personal data via our infobox or service center.

Your rights

In this paragraph we would like to point out your right to inspect. This means that at any time you may ask us insight in your personal data that we have saved. You may change and even delete this information. When you have a complaint about our use of your personal data, you have the right to report this complaint at the Personal Data Authority.
