Hilton the Netherlands and Heuvelman have been partners since 2015. Within this partnership Heuvelman takes care of the renting and selling of all audiovisual equipment for all eight Hilton hotels. The eight Hilton locations are: Hilton Amsterdam, Hilton Rotterdam, Hilton The Hague, Hilton Garden Inn Leiden, Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen, Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam and DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam central station. Hilton the Netherlands and Heuvelman also work closely together on interactive concepts, such as the service app. With this application participants of a meeting or event can request service. To be of best service for Hilton, Heuvelman has appointed an AV-coordinator for Hilton alone.
Our method at Hilton is based on extensive experience and broad knowledge of hotels and audiovisual support. For the events of Hilton we work with a fixed team for the technique. They are familiar with the wishes of the client, which they can take into account. In the past few years we have supported the technique for many events, such as the opening of the Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the Worldwide Owner Orientation (yearly), the Aviation Summit and the European Sales Kick Off DLL.
In 2016 Heuvelman has furnished the Mesdag Ballroom and all nine meeting rooms with audiovisual equipment. All rooms were provided with new projectors and screens, and all cables were replaced with new ones. In the ballroom elevator new projectors were installed. Also, wireless presenting has been made possible. This makes presenting on the screens a lot easier for the business guests of Hilton The Hague.
An AV coordinator has been deployed as an extension of the sales department and helps Hilton to convince prospects and clients to choose their location. The coordinator also advises Hilton about audiovisual equipment and maintenance or replacements.
Heuvelman has designed an app especially for Hilton. This app enables the hotels to supply their guests with better service. The service app gives it users the ability to request service, without leaving the meeting or event. Guests can download the app for free via the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store. On location an event code is given to log in. The user of this app can now focus on what he came to do: attending the event or meeting. The following service requests can be given:
All information is easy manageable via the corresponding web-based Content Management System. This system, plus the app and server are designed by Heuvelman.
