Heuvelman took care of the complete audiovisual support of the Sogeti Kick Off 2017 on three different locations. Sogeti organized a roadshow, passing Aalsmeer, Nuland and Zwolle. The three day lasting event all hosted 450 colleagues of Sogeti.
All three locations asked for different techniques and technical equipment. In Studio Aalsmeer the content shown on the LED displays from 100 m2 was made by our content designers. We also took care of the sound and lighting, using the already present systems. In Hotel Nuland we used a big projection screen with multiple smaller LED displays to make sure the view of the public wasn’t compromised because of the pillars in the rooms. We also installed a complete sound system and took care of the lighting inside and outside the building. At Van der Valk Zwolle we used uplights and moving light to make the location look extra festive.
For the proactive character of the event we used the voting system Meetoo. This application stimulates the interaction and is very suitable for big meetings because of its ‘bring your own device’ principle.
Karin Kramer, Sogeti: “The Kick Off of Sogeti is an important contact moment with our colleagues. Our cooperation with Heuvelman unburdened us on a crucial part of the roadshows. It was pleasant to know that on the part of technique everything was under control. Beside this there was always time to consult and they actively thought with us to make sure the event went perfectly”.
