Heuvelman is audiovisual partner of the annual conference of Vereniging Nederlandse Gemeenten (Association of Dutch Municipalities) since 2013. This event is hosted for approximately 2.700 mayors and aldermen. This makes it one of the biggest congresses for local government in the Netherlands. Not only did we supply all the technique for this event, we were also responsible for the total furnishing of the congress location. Every year the congress takes place in a different, unique location and Heuvelman is tasked with bringing this location to life.
For the fifth time in a row Heuvelman was responsible for the total production of this unique congress. The latest edition took place in the Zeelandhallen Goes. On the congress, just like the past few years, a widescreen projection was used. The impressive screen was 30 meters long and eight meter high, plus two side screens were used both ten meters long and eight meters high. This made sure all the guests could see the presentations properly.
The content used during the two event days were created by our own content designers and were displayed at the widescreen. The designers created valuable content that was relevant, appealing, accurate and up-to-date to make sure the message was delivered right.
With the help of camera registration and multiple camera crews the images of the event could be displayed live on the screens and online with the help of live streaming. Afterwards the content was montaged into a video report which was showed the day after the event.
